Mark Gunnin
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Mark Gunnin is senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Hunt Oil Company. In this capacity, he leads the company's legal department and is responsible for the analysis, development and management of legal issues affecting Hunt's worldwide interests.
Prior to joining Hunt in 2002, he worked as vice president and general counsel of Data Return Corporation and as a corporate and securities attorney for Thompson & Knight.
Gunnin is a graduate of The University of Texas School of Law and Baylor University.
